These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Residential Water Usage Mobile Application ("App") provided by Sustainico Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other terms incorporated by reference. This includes our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted in the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Use of the App
The App provides information, analytics, and feedback regarding your water usage through water meters installed at your residence. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Account
You may need to register for an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App:
a. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
b. To engage in any conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
c. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included on the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
13. Data Privacy Policy
At Sustainico, we prioritize the privacy and security of our users' data. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your
information.
We collect personal information such as name, email, and usage data to enhance our services.
Collected data is used to improve user experience, provide customer support, and communicate updates.
We do not share your data with third parties except for service providers who assist in our operations and comply with legal
obligations.
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access and breaches.

14. Account Deletion Policy
Users have the right to delete their account and associated data at any time.
To request account deletion, go to the app settings or contact our support team at support@sustainico.in.
After receiving a deletion request, your data will be retained for up to 30 days to comply with legal obligations before complete removal.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
